At Holland Park Pilates sessions take place in our beautifully appointed and well equipped studio. Our team of experienced Pilates instructors will ensure a successful outcome for you.

In order to ensure you receive the most attentive and effective treatment to meet your needs, we offer either intensive one-to-one sessions or sessions tailored for two participants. It is this unwavering commitment to quality of care that means you can expect outstanding results and real progress as you follow your Pilates programme.

All Pilates programmes are flexible, adhere to defined standards and are designed to help you achieve your desired exercise goals. Our approachable and friendly team will be happy to tailor a programme to meet your goals.

Programme Structure

Essentially, our programmes are conducted in series of five or ten sessions to meet specific and predetermined goals. Before commencing a Pilates programme, you will be required to undertake a Pilates Introductory Assessment where your needs and goals will be explored and assessed. This ensures that our team select the programme best suited to your specific needs. Reviews will be carried out at key stages to assess your progress. This ongoing support ensures that you optimise your time with us.

At Holland Park Pilates we offer small tailored sessions. 

"Two people" sessions,  two clients sharing a session using state of the art equipment and mat exercises. 

"One to One" Sessions, individually designed to strengthen, rehabilitate and recover using state of the art equipment and mat exercises. 

"Pre and Post Natal Sessions, using state of the art equipment and mat exercises
